they say there's three things you can't hide from;
the sun, the moon, and the truth.

I was drained when i filmed this, but i needed to get this download off my chest.
the truth doesn't rest until it is heard.
until it is found.

i whisper what it means to live in truth.
to live in awareness, accoutability, and what it means to listen and learn.

earlier today i even had a moment myself where i was caught up in the chaos.
i found myself wanting to be heard more than i wanted to hear somene else.
my awareness in that moment humbled me.
the truth allowed me to shift and i chose to listen.

this isn't about being perfect.
it's about recognizing where you can grow, even mid conversation, and choosing to be better in real time.
