Paths Shifting, Loneliness and Processing, Reiki ASMR
Hope you enjoy this session set with an intention to support times of transitional loneliness and move to personal empowerment. We are in a time where many major foundational shifts are happening. We likely are all witnessing the ending, crossing, new direction of paths and that can be a lonely experience for the time of transition and growth.
I spoke of examples such as a friend moving, or relationship or career ending, but other examples could be more internal, such as growing away from friends or when they grow away from us.
This video features a singing bowl in the beginning which gets pretty loud, but I thought it sounded awesomely powerful so I hope you like it.
