Hi guys!
Tonight I’ll be whispering calm, gentle instructions for you to follow with a few intuition tests thrown in. Lastly I’ll walk you through a peaceful meditation and mindfulness exercise to send you off to a deep sleep!
Triggers include : whispers, Irish accent, long nail tapping, this or that, sleepy whispers for sleep.
