ASMR / The Scent Shop (spraying and describing scents / liquid sounds)
In this video, I'm going to be spraying 6 room scents and describing the season it reminds me of as well as giving visualization imagery to help you get a feel for what each scent smells like.
This video is intended to help with relaxation, visualization, anxiety, and good vibes. Triggers include water sounds, spraying, whispering and tapping.
Welcome to spiritual ASMR!!! Where I tie the healing benefits of spirituality to the healing benefits of ASMR. Multiple reasons why I'm here: I love asmr, I have a lot of triggers to work with because I have so many decorations around my room, I believe (and theres proven research) that asmr helps with depression, reduces anxiety and stress, as well as helps insomnia. I want to help others become more present and grounded with the sound healing of asmr as well as tie a lot of personal attention videos with coaching sessions, spiritual energy cleansings, and hopefully teach and inspire along the way.
