Here's what you'll need/how to make it:
Bread (Aldi Bakehouse multi grain)
Tofu (Aldi) - sliced and grilled in a pan with oil, salt and pepper until browned
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Avocado
Store-bought hummus (Aldi) mixed with Sriracha hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
