I've learned the hard way that toxic people know that non-toxic people who decide to stay in a toxic relationship will unfortunately, never stop
trying to make the relationship better. Non-toxic people will try their best to make the relationship work. By doing so, the non-toxic people give CONTROL to the toxic people and that's exactly what they want.
To avoid all of that simply, block. And no, that does not make you a bad person nor want to create an adversary.
