Let's do something different! This video was intentionally made for my vlog-channel. But since I got sick a few days ago I thought "hey, why not also do this video into an ASMR-concept?". I know that so many of you, just like me, are just tired of sitting around doing nothing. With all the negativity going around in the world it's quite easy to get scared and sad. But now it's more important than ever to workout, no matter how hard it is to motivate oneself... Working out has so many positive health benefits, not only physically but also mentally.
