I love anything gothic literature related, grotesque and all the goodies. I picked up the Tell Tale Heart one day for an English literature class and did a mock trial test to defend or prosecute the man. It’s safe to say that story is my favourite Poe story. Ideally I would’ve turned the sensitivity higher (it’s below where I normally have it) but cars and snow and people were loud and I did my best for my own mental health to lower sensitivity therefore lessening the time spent on editing… which I have no time for ever. I was gifted this handme down leather coat and I absolutely love it. But anything for Edgar. I want to do more story times and have loads of favourites tucked away. What’s your favourite story?
