Hello my warmhearted willows, today's soft spoken guided meditation on letting go of your thoughts will help you feel more centered and grounded in yourself.

We'll be starting with some deep breathing exercises focusing on following the breath before exploring how to let go of our thoughts through mindfulness. If you wish to keep your eyes open I'll be doing some gentle hand movements and face brushing.
