The client had very strong, healthy coarse hair — dense, resistant, and requiring precise chemical control during the softening process.
Because of this strong hair structure, a two-step correction was performed — first softening, then refinement — to balance internal alignment without forcing damage.
After the first stage, the second adjustment created smooth elasticity, natural weight, and a glossy flow from root to end.
During the entire process, I always ask the client to touch the hair — not just see it, but feel it directly, because true transformation is experienced through touch.
She kept touching it repeatedly — especially the crown and ends — reacting with silence, surprise, and emotional happiness.
She said that in her 35 years of life, she had never experienced hair that felt this smooth, soft, light, yet controlled — almost unbelievable to her hands.
For finishing, a hybrid technique was used — controlled dry pressing combined with moisture balance refinement — locking softness while keeping shine, movement, and natural flow.
