Hi guys! Summer has arrived here in Korea!
I guess a lot of you guys are planning or already working on your diet for the summer holiday. I've wanted to start going on a diet for so long but I didn't have strong motivation. And I figured it would be just amazing if we All go on a diet helping out!
If you are interested, please comment below stating your diet plan such as: cutting down snacks, no food after 8 p.m, etc. and write your diet journal to share with me and everyone else! This will motivate you and get you to see how others do on their diet :) I'll support you as much as I can!
