You should feel sleepy at the 12 minutes mark and then drift away by the sounds during the next 6 minutes to finally totally fall asleep near the 20 minutes mark. The only reason to make this video 25 minutes is to make sure to put to sleep even people with strong insomnia. I hope it will work for you!
