Here’s a super easy, fast and convenient way of making miso soup with enoki mushrooms at home!
-8 cups of water
-3 Tbsp wakame dried seaweed
-1 bunch enoki mushrooms, stem removed
-6 green onions
-1/2 cup white miso paste
-1 block tofu of choice, diced
-soy sauce to taste if needed
Add everything to a pan and simmer for 10min. Enjoy!
