Hello, my little strawberry patch! ๐ Thank you for joining me for some much-needed retail therapy before surgery.
This video is all about finding comfort and managing that super difficult neurodivergent waiting period. I know many of you can relate to how challenging it is when your autistic brain has to cope with a big upcoming event and the anxiety that comes with it! โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
Throughout the video, I will feature all the lovely things I picked up from T.J. Maxx as my pre-surgery retail therapy. I will also get into a very personal Pre-Surgery Talk and discuss my experience with "autistic waiting" in more depth. Sending so much love to anyone else who struggles with the uncertainty of the unknown!
