🍓 A little bit about me:
I started to like ASMR when I was in college, it was a phase where I couldn't sleep at night due to anxiety and I started to suffer from gastritis, because I was very emotionally stressed.
Many times during those days, watching ASMR was the only part of my day when the feeling of stress passed.
And those moments of emotional relief were extremely important for me to be able to overcome that phase with a little more dignity.
I am extremely grateful to ASMR and I would be very happy if my videos can help someone like other people's videos did for me.
🍓 Why is the channel now about ASMR follow instructions?
I'm from Brazil and I have always avoided making whispering / soft spoken videos because I have always been insecure about my foreigner accent.
However, I have discovered that I like recording whispering / soft spoken videos, so here I am trying to overcome my fear of speaking English (I always tell myself "I'm not a native speaker, it's okay to make mistakes, it's okay to have an accent").
I'm happy that I'm doing something that I enjoy even with this insecurity and I hope you enjoy the videos too!
