It also has ear to ear very close up whispering and some guided breathing to help get rid of the tension in your body, calm your mind of any anxiety or stress and help you fall asleep without worries. Also occasional positive affirmations (shhh it's okay!) and gentle instructions with your eyes closed to distract your mind until you fall asleep!
If you prefer you can close your eyes and just listen while in bed! (Eyes Closed ASMR)
