ASMR crunchy homemade gummies that I made three weeks ago!!! This video is inspired by @lullabyleahsasmr who recently posted a video of so many wonderful, crunchy edible crystals!!

Edible Gummies/Crystals - Recipe by Tam's ASMR - tweaked to perfection 😍✨💗

10 oz of cool water
2 tsp agar agar powder - I bought mine on Amazon
20 oz of granulated sugar
1/2 tsp of flavoring - I used Cotton Candy - also on Amazon
Few drops of food coloring
Vegetable Oil
Parchment Paper

In a small saucepan, dissolve agar agar into water for 5 minutes, stir.
Turn on heat to medium - high and cook/stir for 5 minutes.
Add sugar to pan and cook for 3-4 additional minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add the flavoring.
Coat a small glass pan (8x8 or smaller for thicker gummies) with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Add the mixture to the pan and a few drops of food coloring. The more you add, the darker the gummies/crystals.
Put the pan in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Remove and cut the mixture into shapes.
Put the shapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set out for up to a week, for desired crispiness. YUM!!!!
