Waiting for the moment when you suddenly want to answer the emails, do the washing, make the phone call, start the project, or tackle the thing you've been putting off?
And then when that motivation never arrives, you end up feeling lazy, frustrated, or disappointed in yourself.
This session is for those moments.
Because the truth is, motivation isn't usually something that appears out of nowhere and carries us into action. And struggling to get things done doesn't mean you're lazy.
Sometimes you're overwhelmed.
Sometimes you're mentally exhausted.
Sometimes you've been carrying more than you realise.
Tonight, we're letting go of the pressure to constantly do more and exploring the difference between needing motivation and needing rest.
For the next 40 minutes, there's nothing to achieve, nothing to prove, and nowhere else you need to be.
Just a gentle space to breathe, soften, and hear the words so many of us need to hear:
"That's enough for today."
