Hello and welcome to your sleep clinic appointment!

This is a revisited ASMR video in Black and White! I always loved this video, so I hope you enjoy it! ☺️

In this ASMR green screen roleplay we check you into the sleep clinic by asking you a series of in-depth sleep and personal questions. The first half of this video is composed of a questionnaire portion. I have created detailed timestamps down below for your convenience. The second part is the more examination style portion where we check your breathing and monitor your response to various trigger tests, including tapping, various light triggers, sights and sounds. This is done in a very relaxing and dark environment for the most sleep inducing experience. In terms of ASMR sounds, this is a soft spoken video with occasional whispers. There are tapping sounds, crinkling sounds, a lot of writing sounds, and of course personal questions, and personal attention. This sleep clinic exam is very thorough, with a comprehensive questionnaire portion, so I hope you enjoy it!

What Is ASMR?
“ASMR stands for 'autonomous sensory meridian response’. People describe a deeply relaxing sensation with tingling in the scalp as a result of a certain stimulus—often a gentle sound. Some say the feeling cascades down their spine to their limbs". ASMR is triggered by things such as whispering, softly speaking, tapping, personal attention, and other various triggers. I personally enjoy ASMR as entertainment, for relaxation, to help with sleep, and also to manage stress. Many people also use ASMR for comfort, and to feel less alone as well, which is a wonderful feeling of community and belonging. I hope you all feel welcome here.
