If you're new to bullet journaling, I'll recommend a non ASMR couple videos. The bullet journal method really has nothing to do with being artistic, it's a method of pure flexibility in planning, and can be really freeing for some people if you let go of the social media expectation to make your bullet journal fit some perfect aesthetic.
