Wish you all a wonderful day because mine was and still is :D I went with my friend to saunas today and oh my... I feel awesome. I strongly recommend for you to go to sauna at least 2 times a month. It relieves all the stress as it removes all the toxins in your body so that afterwards your mind is so much more clear and physically you feel very much relaxed. A pro tip for sauna is to do an exercise before so that all the "fluids" get moving from the deepest corners of your muscles and body to the surface so you can get rid of the toxins much more effectively :). And also do not eat at least 1-2h before the sauna as well as make the meal that day very light - best would be just fruits and veggies. The reason is that when you go into sauna that all the blood could freely circulate at the surface of your skin removing the toxins instead of staying deep in your organs and intestines in order to absorb all the nutrients from the food that you have just eaten - this is the reason why you feel tired after eating a lot - your blood concentrates itself in intestines and digestive organs in order to digest and absorb, no as much circulates in the muscles or skin. So yeah, I can assure you that you will feel so much better after a session in sauna - because did you know that a lot of stress and depressive states originate from a bad condition of our bodies? We may not even be conscious that our physical state is not that well but it affects us so greatly, that's why exercising and eating healthy is necessary to not only keeping a healthy body but also a healthy mind :)
