You can value stability.
You can tell your friends you’re done with chaos.

It feels unfamiliar.

And unfamiliar does not register as safe at first.

Insight helps you understand it.
Recognition helps you interrupt it.
But attraction follows repetition.

Which means the real shift happens
after you notice the pull —
not before.
